Portia Msamo has lived in Hout Bay for over 20 years and is proud to use her role as Project Manager to help to bridge the gap between the different communities of Hout Bay through their words. She is passionate about entrepreneurship and seeing the advancement of people through education and skills development. She has been studying towards her degree in Business Administration for the past few years and is using the knowledge she has acquired to help people find their passion and explore new opportunities. She works with various NPO’s in Hout Bay and is very invested in seeing the different communities come together and work towards one goal. That goal being,improving the lives of those who need it the most and connecting those who want to help those in need.

Siya Mtsako Project Administrator of the Hout Bay Partnership. He studied at CPUT and earned a BTech Degree in Events and Tourism Management. He has a passion for ecotourism, events management and community development. Previously he was employed as a Communications intern in a special service delivery unit in the the office of the Premier of the Western Cape; Specifically in the Alcohol Harms Game Changer project. He has worked in improving the lives of these communities: Khayelitsha (Town 2), Nyanga, Gugulethu, Drakenstein manucipality and Strand. He is a Director of a Non-Profit Company called Lwandle Hiking Club and Garment Printing/Clothing Brand called Blvck Africa. 

Lee-Andre Williams, 19 years old born and raised in Hout Bay finished my matric in 2019. This is my first year working with Hout Bay partnership as a Admin Assistant I joined this because being able to work within the place I grew up is something I always wanted to do, to be able to help the community grow as one! I know Hout Bay partnership will help me grow as well and push me towards my goals.
